Mike Sherman.

Awful play-calling all year.

Jeff Ireland.  This nitwit has done a shitty job since he's been here.  Spent a lot of money on upgrades and only improves by one win.  Draft class doesn't do jack shit outside of a starting kicker.  I hope this lays the groundwork for some major changes this offseason. Firing his ass would be a good start

Philbin. Poor preparation against teams they should have throttled (Buff twice, TB, the Jets) and poor halftime adjustments that lead to losses (ie, Carolina, New England, Baltimore). There's 7 of your 8 losses- and they're on the coach. -EK

The Oline

and all the refs who kept blowing calls against us.  Conspiracy?

Ireland: For creating the O-line hole.

Sherman: For making that hole available for all the NFL to exploit.

Jonathan Martin without a doubt. So much potential wasted and we haven't even heard the worst of it yet. I expect a LOT more to come out like that picture of him in the strip club. It's gonna get real ugly.

I know most of you don't like Incognito and he's no saint, but I'll take him over the likes of J-Mart any day. Incognito is who he is, J-Mart is the biggest liar, fraud and excuser the Dolphins have EVER employed.

It already got ugly and Martin has been exposed. With the Dolphins season over, no one cares anymore.

I agree with the Martin selection though.

Here, Here!

Yes ... Martin has reached new lows for an NFL player.

After a couple weeks of reflection I'd go with

1) The Martin/Incognito Fiasco

and

2) The meltdown that occurred the last two weeks of the season.
