Title: Classic television Post by: ethurst2 on May 27, 2008, 04:36:05 pm I miss the Golden Age of Hollywood. For those of you who missed it, it was definitely a time in American Entertainment in which performances were timeless and golden.
I rarely watch TV today but I came across this clip of Dean Martin and the worlds most famous drunk, Foster Brooks. I thought it was hilarious for the time that it was done (1974). You couldn't do the same skit today...it would cause controversy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8XjNEOFRp28 Title: Re: Classic television Post by: Dave Gray on May 27, 2008, 06:18:56 pm I doubt that would cause controversy now. It seems pretty safe to me.
