Training camp date Guys, it's not official yet, but it looks like the first day of Dolphins training camp is July 26. Of course, these sessions are open to the public but you better not be on your cell phone giving away strategy or Bill Parcells will be in your face. Just kidding. I think. Media is not allowed on cell phones or computers during practice sessions. Although at times they're lax about the phones. So don't expecte running blogs. The only Dolphins news expected over the next few weeks is the signings of rookie draft picks - Phillip Merling, Chad Henne and Kendall Langford. Don't expect any holdouts, other than Jason Taylor who still wants to be traded. But Green Bay? C'mon. Get real. It's vacation time for coaches and players - and writers. I'm outa here Friday. Be back third week in July. Have a great summer. > Posted by hfialkov at 5:02:34 PM Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: Denver_Bronco on June 24, 2008, 05:49:04 am The exitement of a 3-5 win season must have you guys on the edge of your seats...... ;)

Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: YoFuggedaboutit on June 24, 2008, 07:16:33 am I think we'll get 2 more wins than that. Two more than the sorry ass Donkos Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: Philly Fin Fan on June 24, 2008, 08:28:42 am Two more than the sorry ass Donkos I think we'll get 2 more wins than that. For real guys? Come on. Let's be realistic. We'll be lucky to get up to 5 wins. Parcells rebuilds teams, but he's not a miracle worker! Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: YoFuggedaboutit on June 24, 2008, 10:52:03 am For real guys? Come on. Let's be realistic. We'll be lucky to get up to 5 wins. Parcells rebuilds teams, but he's not a miracle worker! As long as we beat the Donkos in Denver, I'll be happy. Then we can rank on D_B like there's no tomorrow. ;D Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: DolFan619 on June 24, 2008, 11:23:01 am For real guys? Come on. Let's be realistic. I'd like to give a well thought out answer as to why you are wrong and Miami will go 8-8...........but god forbid I stray from the original Copy and pasted thread and thread title. Whatever. Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: StL FinFan on June 24, 2008, 12:03:50 pm 1-15 to 6-10. That kind of progress I would take in a heartbeat.
Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: Sunstroke on June 24, 2008, 12:04:59 pm Anything from 4 wins up will make me happy that the franchise is going in the right direction. Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: Philly Fin Fan on June 24, 2008, 12:06:36 pm Anything from 4 wins up will make me happy that the franchise is going in the right direction. Anything more than 1 win means the franchise is headed in the right direction! Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: Sunstroke on June 24, 2008, 12:10:45 pm Anything more than 1 win means the franchise is headed in the right direction! By the math alone, sure...I could see that, but it'll take 4 wins to make me feel like the team is "playing better." Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: MaineDolFan on June 24, 2008, 02:00:16 pm Miami goes 12-4 this season.
Maine sayeth... And yes, I am well aware that Maine sayeth didn't have the greatest track record last season. But there is a new wind a blowin' this year! Title: Re: Training camp date Post by: StL FinFan on June 24, 2008, 02:03:38 pm ^ You didn't specify which team. ;)
