The playoff is your 12 game schedule. If you can't beat Oregon St on the road, tough shit. USC has all the studs in the world, but they aren't mentally tough. Oregon St punched them in the mouth and USC folded. College football is about being at the top of your game each week and the trojans didn't macth Oregon st. emotion. Last year it was Stanford and Oregon, 2 years ago it was UCLA. Everyone had them in the BCS title game before playing one conference road game. USC blew it and everyone will have their chance and if they blow it, to bad. I love Pete Carroll's comment......the pac 10 is ridiculosly hard this year...LMAO!!!.....Not one team other than USC was ranked in the top 25 and you don't play a conference championship game. Come to the SEC Pete you'd have 3 losses. Shut up and face the fact you have a bunch of spoiled pretty boys who are mentally soft. They won't get in over a 1 loss SEC team. Shit, they may not get in over a 2 loss SEC team OR a 1 loss Big 10 team.
