I'm not allowed to talk about cases,but since we didn't take this case...I've got to say something about this....

I think it was Tuesday,I was in my office and I heard "Where the F- is the bathroom in the place...." then a coy little voice.."Now (whatever his name was) we shouldn't talk like that..." A little while later,I heard through the walls.."I didn't do F'n Shit Dog...." A little nervous,someone was going postal in out waiting area,I walked to the front desk...It came from this white kid in the front Conference room...I had to leave the office...So I blew it off....Till this morning....

My boss handed me a brief,with a funny looking smirk on his face....He said Read this....

It was a 14 year old Boy,Who got in an argument with another boy....Then stabbed him with a knife...Short version...According to Mom,This is what she's admitted to....Her Kid was caught trying to hold up a convenience store,been busted stealing a car,kicked out of school numerous times for fighting...Her Excuse,the thing she wants us to walk in to the courtroom with is...The drugs for hyper activity,make her Son do these bad things.....

Giving your kid drugs,doesn't mean you can't be a parent....Blaming Drugs,for your shitty parenting? I think we need to tie this woman's tubes,so she's not allowed to reproduce,She's a public safety issue...I admit, maybe once you could use the drugs made me do it...But when Mom says he's attempted armed robbery,grand theft auto,and now attempted murder? No....Your kid is a menace to society,this case makes me sick...

This 14 year old little white boy who thinks he's a gangsta should be dropped in the middle of the hood and find out what real ganstas are like. 

Everyone has a God-given right to have as many children as they want, or don't want, regardless of whether or not they can or will take care of them.

If you find this depressing then just imagine how many people would be out of work if human trash did not exist.

I think "right" and "capability" might be confused in that sentence... We've really only been given the capability to have as many children as we want. "Right" seems too "righteous" for something so obviously wrong.

It still baffles me that you need a license to catch a fish but anyone can reproduce at any time and as often as they want.  It's like that Dunnagan family with like 17 kids...I just want to walk up to the mom and say " Vagina:  It's not a clown car."

I agree, but just try telling this to them and their blowhard advocates.  You'll be hit with a resounding, "IT'S MY RIGHT!"

Here is the thing - there are personality differences that can certainly surface with medications, especially those used in developing bodies (like a 14 year old).  Which is why, until recently, doctors really wrote drug scripts as a very last resort.  Your body regenerates and changes, as adults, every seven years.  Ever heard someone say "I used to love cheese and now I can't eat it?" That's why.  A child's body regenerates and changes more rapidly and dramatically.

All that said, I've never heard of any drug for hyperactivity bringing out sociopathic behavior within a child.  What B describes is a clear cut case of just that.

Yeah, it's God's fault that irresponsible people can't control themselves.  It's also God's fault that we as a society believe it's not our place to control them either. 

Hey, Run...come on!  There isn't a thing wrong with people that a pill of some kind can't fix.  Just watch out for those mild side effects like blood oozing out of your ears, things like that.
