Title: NFL - No love for Dolphins or Texans
Post by: MyGodWearsAHoodie on October 29, 2008, 11:23:24 am
NFL.com is doing a poll.

Quote

Which AFC team with a losing record is the most likely to make the playoffs?

        Browns (3-4)
   Chargers (3-5)
   Colts (3-4)
   Jaguars (3-4)

Both the Texans and Dolphins have a better record than the Chargers and Dolphins have tie breaker in head to head against the bolts.

I agree with the poll completely...the Bolts do have a better chance of making the playoffs than Miami or Houston. They are just a much better football team, and as such, are expected to win more games in the second half of the season than the Phins or Texans.

Can't blame anyone for not having faith in the Phins this year. But over the next 2 seasons that will all change.  ;)

These teams were all contenders last season and were expected to be AFC elite this season.  Not surprising the choices.
