That's slightly better than the 40 points the Jets got in the first half last week, but still more than the 24 points the Cardinals scored the week before that (in a single quarter). It gets even "funnier" if you look at second quarters only: 49ers: 28 points Jets: 23 points Cardinals: 24 points That's some massive second quarter suckitude right there. Before this round, the Rams have been outscored by -154 points in 9 games (all quarters). That's so much worse than everybody else it isn't even funny. If they lost every game, I'd have to agree. It was like watching high school football (injuries or not). But then, they won that 1 game. IMO you can't be the worst if you win 1, vs. a team that hasn't won any. Wasn't hard to hit that out of the park with the shitty pitch was it? Fins last year were competitive for the most part and lost a lot of close games. TB team was the expansion team I take it and that was in 76. A lot has changed on the business side of the NFL since then including free agency so... I haven't seen the Lions this year but they were up by a few TDs in each game the past two weeks and got blown out. Who scores the first 17 and then gives up the next 35? Sad, so sad. And UM sucks ass too. Maybe the Lions should move back to Portsmouth. Title: Re: If detroit loses all 16 games Post by: landlocked on November 27, 2008, 01:35:36 pm I'm watching Detroit fall apart against the Titans and I don't think I've ever seen as bad a football team.Their punter just shanked one from inside their own 10 for a whopping 12 yard punt.I think we could get 11 guys up from this board and beat the Lions.And memo to all the Culpepper lovers;doesn't he look like the saviour of the franchise.The guy looks just like what he always was--a huge guy that could run his way out of trouble(before he got hurt)that never figured out how to play QB in the NFL.
