The pressure her uterus endured def. caused some damage to the vag regardless if she had a c-section or not.  My sister who is very petite had both of my nephews via c-section.  The oldest was almost 11 pounds and she swears that her vag looks like it got stuck in a taffy puller.  I can't imagine what octopussymom's looks like!
