Title: Worthwhile Investments Post by: janetmschulte on March 07, 2009, 10:49:25 pm So other than a motor vehicle and my current graduate education, I made the largest investment I've made in a while. I bought a bicycle! It's a Felt ZW40 road bike and it's finally here. I get to pick it up tomorrow. I think the investment will be well worth it and I hope to get many years of use out of it. I'm quite excited!

In 2000 I bought a used Black and Decker (yuck P.O.S.) Router for $50 at a pawn shop,I was making my steering wheel for my 1971 GMC pick up....I thought If lats through the steering wheel project,It's worth every penny...It died Late last summer,and I made a couple of coffee tables,a couple end tables,did a bunch of trim work for my sisters house,made a set of speaker stand,my Mahogany desk,and did my Steering wheel....Plus numourous small projects......My buddy bought a Dewalt Router for about $200,it lasted less than a year... I have to say,the most worthwhile investment I've made has to be my computer overall...I get info,met friends,entertainment (movies music),learning,shopping,paying my bills....I have to say is my most worthwhile investment.... This is my bike. I've named her Sasha after the moped on Scrubs.
