Title: Shame of the Game - Steelers
Post by: dolphins4life on January 03, 2010, 08:51:16 pm
Pat White looked nice running the ball, before he took that shot.

Thigpen for that stupid pick

I hate to give it to Thigpen, because he is the reason we got back in the game, but that pick at the end was pretty boneheaded.

Thigpen is our 4th string QB

Pat White wasted three series at the start of the second half and generally looked awful.  Pat White is a waste of a draft pick.  He gets the shame this week.

I have to say Pat White, too, though I feel guilty giving a guy the shame who went out with a head injury.  He didn't complete a pass.  It was bad.

Pat White looked lost out there.   I hope he is ok physically.

WOW Pate white huh ???

NO NO

Why shame to a guy who is instructed to basically run all the damn time.  You cant  blame him for anything. He is only doing what he is coached to do which is sad to say.  Yes i would like to see him do what he did at  West va.  but Oh well.  If any Shame, SOTG game goes to the ENTIRE FU**KING defense.  How many time do Miami;s D allow Big Plays.. Sick to my stomach .

That was the worst QB performance I have ever seen in my life. It's like he doesn't even know how to complete a pass. AND he got knocked the F out!

Pat White, no question. The Dolphins stopped having an offense the minute he stepped on the field.

Ok, so according to this logic, a WR should not get the shame if the ball is only thrown to him 3 times during a game (after all, he can only attempt to catch a ball if its thrown to him). Yet people are ok giving it to Ginn in that type of situation, because he "was a first round pick and should be playing better".

Well guess what? Pat White was a second round pick, and should be able to complete a fricking pass in the NFL! That guy sucks and should not have even been on the field.

Pat White doesn't even look like he should be on the field. I seriousy don't know if it should go to him or the coaches that keep putting him in. I'll just say the Pat White situation should get it.

Gave up 30 points and 202 yards rushing.  Guess where I'm going?  Defense.

Pat White threw 2 passes in the game.  Remember he is a QUARTERBACK.

One pass almost got Ricky's head taken off
One pass landed 10 yards in front of the receiver

This is a QB...?

I give it to the coaches. White was exactly as horrible as we ALL knew he would be. Don't tell me the coaches couldn't tell from practice that White was nowhere near ready for this.

Hopefully, if nothing else, this ends the "Pat White Experience" in Miami.
