Title: Funny Friday Story
Post by: BoSoxGrl on April 09, 2010, 04:19:11 pm
I'm sure at one point or another, we all wish we could do this to a big company that has cheated us out of money.

This man was being charged extra money for making electronic payments to his phone bill.
He got the last laugh for sure!

Read the whole article, Well worth it!

It's the same in the US, unless the contract you have with your bank says otherwise. (I.e. unless you waived that "right").

It's totally legal... If you think about it,  a check is nothing more than a piece of paper with numbers on it...as long as the info is correct, Ny financial institution can accept it as legal tender.
