So all non-holdouts are going to be burning the midnight oil trying to get deals done (well, their agents and the their respective teams, anyway). There's ZERO excuse for the team and Msi. EVERYONE around him is signed, so the amounts are pretty much set in stone. He's not a quarterback and wasn't picked out of his expected range.
