Title: Bills release Edwards Post by: StL FinFan on September 27, 2010, 01:45:14 pm I guess they are pinning their hopes on Fitzpatrick now. I wonder why they released him instead of just demoting him. Maybe he asked to be released.

He was the starter, what, two weeks ago? And now he's not good enough to back up Fitzpatrick??
Title: Re: Bills release Edwards Post by: Brian Fein on September 27, 2010, 02:17:46 pm Edwards sucks. He should have been released years ago. They have given him chance after chance and the team continuously plays head and shoulders better with Fitzpatrick. That shows you how terrible he is, since Ryan Fitzpatrick makes him look like Akili Smith.
Title: Re: Bills release Edwards Post by: BigDaddyFin on September 29, 2010, 09:50:11 pm I'm more shocked that Jacksonville picked him up and seems to think he can "compete with David Garrard for the starting job." (newspaper's words, not mine) Not that either one of them is that good to begin with.

He was the starter in week one, and I think he was traded by week 3! |
