I'm surprised so many are saying Green Bay is going to win this.  Aaron Rodgers is out, there starting TE is out, Clay Mathews is out and a few more that I don't recall just now.

You are gonna eat those words when the final results of the game are Dolphins 2 safeties + 2 TD and the packers convert a 2 pt conversion on their 3rd td plus one FG.

The really sad thing is, I just spent 10 minutes trying to come up with a score where SD going for two would be indicated by "The Chart".

Nope its hedging my bets.  I don't need to be exactly right I just need to be close.  If the Dolphins score 20, I'm closer than the guy that predicted 17.  So it could be 17-27 or 20-24 and I'm probably right in there both ways.

Dude, FAU aside, you ALWAYS pick Miami to win. Not all of us are homers  ;)  I'm actually kind of curious as to which 3 games you think they're going to lose as per your season record prediction. Hope you're right though...   ;D ;D

Okay, probably shouldn't even be posting in here since I'm not going to make a prediction (don't even try, Hoodie...so shoot me, I'm superstitious!   :D ), but I was about to say, until I saw that Rogers may end playing Sunday since he did practice today--are y'all REALLY not gonna give the 'Phins a chance, coming off a bye, against the Matt Flynn-led Packers??!?  I mean, I know top-to-bottom they likely have a more solid team than us, but c'mon, guys!!! .....it's pretty much only the most important position on the field.   :) However, if a healthy Rogers is playing for the Pack Sunday, then I agree, the Pack will most likely win, though I'm still willing to give our boys a chance.  If he doesn't, though...well, Henne has frustrated me at times over the past 1 1/4 seasons, sure, but I can't believe Matt Flynn is actually a backup in this league (well, maybe I can actually, since Ryan Fitzpatrick is a starter somewhere, but that's another argument altogether  :D )-- I never really was all that impressed with him when he was at LSU. 

I'm SO hoping that Rogers has to sit Sunday, though I'm guessing if he practiced, then it's unlikely he won't play.

Fair point on my homerism.  I do pick MIA to win every game, and will always do so.  BUT in this game in particular, GB has a ton of injuries, no running game and their starting (and one of the best QBs in the league) QB that might be out or at the very least still feeling the affects of a concussion.  That's why I am surprised by so many people predicting MIA losses.

As far as games I predict they lose out of my record prediction, lets just say they have already lost 2 and Pitt is the game I think they may have a chance of losing (althoug they will win :D).

I agree, but they won't have a healthy Rodgers.  You don't recover from a concussion in a week.  Even if he plays, he will still won't be healthy.

Rodgers didn't just practice, he was cleared by team doctors, as well as the required independent neurologist.

This was a very, very minor concussion and there's no reason to assume it has any short term effect on Rodgers' play.

The last time the Dolphins went on the road against a NFC Central opponent, I predicted a loss, and I was glad to be wrong.  So in the interest of superstition, I must uphold the archetype.  If the Dolphins are going to win this thing, they're going to need to get turnovers from the banged up Rodgers.  Hopefully, his head is still a little like the swiss cheese the fans in the stands are wearing on their heads.
