Title: Preakness Race Post by: masterfins on May 19, 2011, 05:05:03 pm I'm making my annual trip to the Preakness, with seats at the finish line. Look out for Dance City to WIN! What's your pick?

Who said he chooses the winners? >:D Title: Re: Preakness Race Post by: MikeO on May 19, 2011, 07:36:11 pm I am a HUGE horse racing fan. Follow the sport pretty closley. Spend time at Saratoga in the summer every year and love it.
Picking winners....even the die hards of die hards can't pick winners on a consistent basis. At the end of the day you are dealing with animals. It's a beauitful sport, but to try and get rich gambling on it....save your time!! I definitely enjoyed being in the saddle as a kid, but never had much interest in hanging out at the track. I do watch the triple crown races on TV...that's about as close as I get to a horse race these days. Everything you need to know about how to pick a winner is in that movie. |
