Parcels helped to hire "the foot" for the Jets while working for us. He has connections and some brief history. Obviously his plan was to come to Miami and put the pieces in place to blow our club up. Except for Penny pulling a career season out of his fragile butt, Bill has paved the way to successfully send every Dolphin fan to their second team and alienate most players in the NFL. By the end of this season, Operation Foot will have succeeded as Parcel's last henchman Jeff Ireland destroys what ever remains.
