I have the ESPN FLB app on my iPhone... Pretty much the exact set-up as the FFL app they offer.

looking at my team i'm regretting the weekly changes thing now.  I became too accustomed to rotating my players daily to improve performance that i feel helpless now.  I have pitchers pitching like crap and I can't get them out.  I have hitters in slumps and can't do anything about it...  I am helpless.

Yeah this roster lock is new to me as well....The one thing I can't figure out is why Meyers is still listed as a SP for Houston when he is in fact closing games for them. I hope ESPN changes his eligibility for a RP because that is what I drafted him for and I do not want to burn one of my SP slots for him considering they are locked for the week.

^ there are eligibility requirements, I think he  has to appear in 5 games at another position before he will be eligible.

I officially got my ass whipped week 1 thanks to my underperfoming stable of starting pitchers.  Awesome.

I have since made some drastic roster changes and will commence further self-destruction this week.

I was leading 8-2 and 7-3 for most of the week to finish out at 5-4-1....that kinda sucks but I will say my HR's and RBI's were off the charts in large part to KeMVP!!!!

You can set your roster for next week starting now....

you can set your roster at any time for next week.  It is usually "unlocked" only Monday mornings, because they lock at gametime for the first game on Monday afternoon/evening.  The matchup is Monday thru Sunday.

Go to "My Team" and click on where it says Matchup 4, above your roster, below your logo, in black background.  There you can set next week's lineup.

Unfortunately its already locked for this week.

What I really want/need is a power-hitting infielder, but not 1B.  Of course it sounds weird to say that while shopping Cano and A-Rod....

A-Rod really isn't a power-hitting 3B any more...unless "long warning track pop-ups" becomes a scoring category. ;)

I also don't have any extra infielders to deal, so I suppose I'm out of the Cano sweepstakes.

Nothing like jumping from 7th place to 2nd in a week... Even though we're just starting the second half of the season, leapfrogging Black Sabathia for the division lead with a 9-1 win is big for the Nimrod organization.

^^ I'm glad because looking at your division and seeing a sub-500 team in a playoff spot made me want to vomit.  I hope someone can at least emerge in that division as a contender.

You have to drop someone else to activate a guy from dl. You have too many players on your team.

^^ haha, yes, thank you.  You see how close the Wolfpack got at the end?  2 HR's would have tied it up.  If there were 2 more games in the season, the way Stanton and Hamilton had been hitting, I'd probably have lost.
