Parcells was in charge of the roster then. Armstrong does one thing that no recevier currently on the Dolphins roster does. He gets open deep. Ginn, Bess, Camarillo, Hartline, Patrick Turner. You could make a case of Armstrong over Turner, but he was a 2nd round pick, and teams rarely give up on 2nd round picks that soon.
