The new white jersey looks like they are wearing a white polo shirt with an aqua collar.  It's totally amateurish.

And the worst part is that once we get out of September, opponents (except WSH and DAL, whom MIA doesn't play for 3 more years) will be wearing their dark colors at home (so MIA will be wearing white), and MIA always wears white at home.  So we'll have plenty of time to see this clownish jersey.

The collars are the only thing that piss me off.  It looks like everybody's wearing one of those Jim Jensen neck rolls when they're really not.  For a lineman or a fullback that's not a big deal but like on Tannehill and the WR's it looks so out of place it's ridiculous.

I'm usually a uniform snob but this really doesn't bother me although I do prefer the green around the whole collar.  Maybe it's from watching so much soccer but this doesn't stand out to me.

I try to focus on how the team plays and not on ancillary things like the unforms, but yeah, I hate the "fake collar" thing too. 

It was bothering me constantly during the game.  It looked like they were douchey 80s guys with popped collars.  There's a few teams who have that same look.  Nike has no idea how to make a uniform.

I guess it could be worse.  It could have been the uniforms that Seattle wore yesterday.  Wow. 

Did no one watch any other games last week?  All the Nike white uniforms are like this, for every team, as far as I've seen.  Thank Nike.

Those Seahawk unis were tough to look at.  To me, they looked like a Dept. of Corrections team with that neon stripe running down their legs.

I think Nike felt they had to change "something" since they won the contract. It could have been worse. Put a bunch of gay (not that there is anything wrong with that) guys designing stuff with scissors in their hands and anything can happen. It could have been worse. 

"Collar" is a massive idiotic looking shit sandwich fail.

Not all of them but most I think. I don't think Houston, Arizona, Dallas, NYJ, or Eagles have this look.

Most of them also have that fake-stitching-look printed at the neckline on the "colored" jerseys that also looks horrible.  Looks like the guy sneezed and the snots went all over the front of his shirt.

Miami did not wear white jerseys in any preseason game and they wore aqua against HOU in Week 1.

Furthermore, some teams apparently had the foresight to prevent Nike from making them look like idiots in their whites.  For example:

Although there is a silver lining, I suppose... the Bills look like jackasses no matter which jersey they're in:

That would be an excuse if you only watch Miami play and do not watch any highlights during the week.

And given that not every team has this ridiculous color scheme in their whites, how would I possibly know whether Miami would until I saw it?

The clown collars are far from a standard.  Miami has played 5 games against teams wearing their whites and exactly one had these stupid collars.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one with the WTF is that on our collars during the game....

The new uniforms league wide are hard to look at. Besides the collars, both the jerseys and pants look way too tight. Its one thing for receivers who want the "tight" look, but lineman? Some of the Raiders shoulder numbers looked like they were about to come off. I'm just not a fan of the new Nike uniforms, league wide.

Next year we will see a total new look. So as bad as this may be next year might be worse! Enjoy what we have now, new logo is coming and tweaks to the uniforms are coming.

MIA has always worn white at home since the JJ days (DAL and WSH do the same, as I already mentioned).  The only time MIA wears their dark colors (Aqua or Orange) at home is for night games.

For the other teams in the league, the standard is usually dark colors at home.  So the end result for MIA, DAL, and WSH is that they wear white at home and white on the road, unless they are playing each other.

Agreed. Is it a ploy like the margins for a temporary money grub so everyone has to go buy new gear? Leave it the same please. You don't see the steelers changing their logo.

I agree with suck for luck.  That supposed logo is UGLY!!!  Change for the sake of change is stupid.  I'm a firm believer in "If it aint broke, don't fix it"

I agree it's a stupid change, but it's not going to make me less of a fan because of it.

I hate that stadium logo,If they change the official logo to look like that...It's a shame...Not all Dolphins fans Live in South Florida...

Half the people here (Chief fans),and basketball/baseball is king also,barely recognize the the logo that has been around since '97....I can imagine the nightmare explaining the Miami Dolphins Logo to them if it looks like the Stadium logo... :D ::)

The RUMOR was they want to change the helmet to GRAY because actual dolphins are gray. Have that be the base color. But that was just a RUMOR

With that logic they should make the base color brown because they've been a big steaming pile for so long.

Retro but either leave the dolphin the way it is or change it back to the way it was when Shula was there.   All these prototypes Nike came out with suck.  We're stuck wearing white like 15 games a year since we never play at night anymore and if they change the logo to gray or silver, we're gonna look like the fuckin 1980s Seahawks.

It will me. I'm not wearing that logo. No matter how you look at it. It looks just like it matches the home run temple for the Marlins.

I had some free stadium marketing stuff shortly after they changed the logo and I think it all got thrown away.

That is my policy.
