Too bad, because the guy definitely had some excellent skills to play the game. Hopefully he can get past the concussion issues to have a full and happy life outside of football going forward. As more research comes out about brain injuries they don't really heal over time. Let alone heal enough to the point for a guy to start taking massive hits to his head on a football field. He will never play again. I think that is set in stone. |
