Title: Head sets for refs Post by: MyGodWearsAHoodie on July 03, 2014, 10:53:28 am One thing I noticed when watching the world cup, is all the refs wear head sets allowing them to talk to other refs w/o stopping the game or huddling up.
I think the NFL should adopt the same practice. Granted that won't elevate the need to stop the game clock between plays but could allow the refs to discuss what ever it is they discuss when they huddle without taking the time to get out of position, meet, and get back in position. Agree, disagree? comments. Title: Re: Head sets for refs Post by: Dave Gray on July 03, 2014, 10:56:15 am Good idea. Agree. Whatever helps speed the flow of the game.
