Title: I kinda wanna give this guy a high five
Post by: Brian Fein on July 18, 2014, 04:28:24 pm
I read this story, and thought "good for you!"

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/07/18/florida-dad-beats-man-found-raping-his-son-report-says/?intcmp=latestnews

Personally, I have not a single problem with what happened to that guy.  I feel like he got what he deserved.  I think that any father who caught a guy molesting their child would probably do the same thing.

And he deserved it.

I like how he addressed the 911 operator:

"I just walked in a grown man molesting...and I got him in a bloody puddle for you, officer."

High five for that guy.

I kinda wish he'd finished the job... ;)

Who would not do the same thing? I was afraid I would read he had been charged as I got to the bottom of the article. Glad he has not been.

What the father did is perfectly legal, so why would he be charged?

He could be charged with excessive force to subdue, but I say that without knowing how long he beat him, if he used any weapons, etc...

I don't think the cops will be launching a huge investigation and I am fine with that.

911 Operator:  "911, please state the nature of your emergency."
Random Caller:  "Yes, I just walked in and found a person sexually assaulting my son."

911 Operator:  "Is your son alright, sir? Do you need me to send an ambulance?"
Random Caller: "My son is fine, and I'm not sure that an ambulance is necessary."

911 Operator:  "Is the person who assaulted your son still there?"
Random Caller: "Um...most of him"

911 Operator:  "Excuse me sir?"
Random Caller: "During the scuffle to make him stop assaulting my son, I'm afraid he suffered some injuries."

911 Operator:  "What type of injuries did he suffer?"
Random Caller: "Well, his genitals somehow became detached from his body?"

911 Operator:  "Um...OK, where are his genitals at right now?"
Random Caller: "Well, his penis somehow managed to end up in the garbage disposal, and his balls are currently lodged in his throat - did I mention he's having some difficulty breathing?

911 Operator: "I'm sending that ambulance now, sir."
Random Caller: "Never mind that...he'll be dead in a minute. Could you send a plumber though? My sink is really clogged up here..."

Good for him.  In this ridiculous world of ours where no lawsuit is too outrageous, I hope he doesn't get civil charges from the POS he pounded.

Stroke.....Thanks for the laugh lol!!!!!

I am not sure I could show as much restraint as this Father did. I applaud the severe beating he handed out but I don't think I would have been able to stop until his heart no longer beat!!!!

Here is an update now that we have applauded this guy. Apparently the father is now asking for money donations online to deal with the emotional stress of the situation. As part of the plea, he has posted a picture of his abused son on the Internet. What a scumbag. This douche just lost any bit of praise I was giving him.

^^ yup, there goes that.  Let's parlay this news story into a money grab.  Not a fan.  Let me leverage a horrible thing that happened to my kid to coerce people into giving my free stuff.  Pretty sad.

Oh this can't be a money grab. I'm pretty sure this guy didn't get up that morning with a plan for his son to be molested so he could take advantage of it.  ::)

I'm sure Kim K didn't make her sextape with the intention of distributing it to the public, but that doesn't mean that her deal to sell it to the public (through Vivid) isn't a money grab.

I've seen people do that for victims of abuse before.

Then those people are also scumbags. Especially if they are plastering the face of the abused across the Internet. Even if they don't, it still pushes the limits if you ask me. I've known people who had fundraisers after deaths and illnesses as well and I thought it was a money grab. Unless you are asking for the money to take care of costs such as burial expenses or hospital bills, you run the risk of being a money grabbing asshole. Don't ask me to fund your fucking vacations because you went through a trauma. Guess what, it's called life and we all have to deal with it. This could be a legitimate plea to get his son assistance but the fact that he cared so little as to publish his child's face tells me this guy is a prick to the first degree.

It's been pretty obvious that he is enjoying his 15 minutes. The money grab thing just goes to show you how much he is enjoying it.

News channels go out of their way to protect the identity of minors.  This guy went out of his way to reveal it.  He probably thought it would give the story a human side and make people sympathize.  In fact, he might have got more sympathy if he said "My son was sexually abused for years and needs to see a therapist for counselling.  I am poor and I can't afford it, and my medical insurance doesn't cover it.  Please help."  That would have gotten a better response than "we had a trauma, please give me money to make us feel better"
