He was asked to leave by the police and club security. He refused...so he was arrested

Then he should have been charged with battery on a LEO. And also, how do you get charged with resisting without violence but get tased three times and get your lip split? Obviously there was violence. They went easy on the guy because he's a Dolphin. You or are would have had 6-8 charges thrown at us.
