Landry hasn't been great at kick returns this year, but he was a good pick as a WR; hope they keep him around. Running lanes were being opened up and receivers were getting open.
edit: Actually, I don't even blame Lazor for that play. Lazor was under the (understandable) impression that GB had ZERO TIMEOUTS REMAINING, and therefore would not be calling any timeouts on that drive. If he had known that his own head coach would call two timeouts for them, I think he probably would have tried to pick up the first. Aaron Rodgers had three time outs to end the game, despite not having any time outs. It's the PASS PLAY before that which fell incomplete that pisses me off. Run the ball on that play and you basically chew another 40 seconds off the clock. |
