They won the last time I did this, so I am going to try again.

Must win game for the Cubs, as they need this or they go down 3-0.

On this day 11 years ago, the Red Sox completed the first comeback from 3-0 down in baseball history.

That series is a little similar to this one in that the Sox lost the first two games with their two aces.     

The crowd is going crazy as the seem to sense that it is now or never for the Cubs.

Hendricks strikes out Murphy, which is huge.

Hendricks looks really shaky early, but Arrieta didn't last long last night either, so I wonder how much of a bullpen Maddon has now.

Schwarber nearly misplayed that one, but he caught it to end the inning.

The Cubs need to manufacture some runs tonight with steals and bunting.

Schwarber ties it up with a homerun.

The ump has a wide strike zone tonight, that is for sure.

Soler grounds out to end the first inning with the score tied at 1.

The ump is biased against the Cubs.

Hendricks had two pitches called balls that the Mets pitcher had called strikes.     

Daniel Murphy goes deep again.

Let's just walk this guy from here on in, ok?

Cespedes nearly follows suit, but the ballpark holds this shot and it is 2-1 Mets here. 

Soler launches a homer to tie this game at 2. 

However, the longer the game stays close, the more advantage the Mets have.

Gotta question pulling Hendricks right now

That is Cubs baseball for you.  Strike out a batter with a runner at third and you get a passed ball and the Mets score a critical run.   

Now Soler makes a dumb decision and the wheels are coming unglued here at Wrigley. 

Lucky break that it went into the ivy on that play.

Cubs have 12 more outs to work with here.

Cubs go out in order in the bottom of the sixth. 

This is painful to watch.
