I think that pain Mac and Cheese is the food that is the most comforting.

Yessir, meat loaf and mashed taters, smothered in brown gravy - or onion gravy - or mushroom gravy - or any gravy, as long as "smothered" is an accurate descriptor. Add a humongous slab of good cornbread to mop up the details and an icy cold Fat Tire ale to wash it all down.

Fucking yum...

Throw in a pile of peas or green beans and I'm game.  Great choice of beer, BTW.  I'm partial to IPAs

I don't do peas or green beans, but I'll compromise and add a bowl of good collard greens. ;)

That I'll go for.  Or turnip greens.  Sierra Nevada Torpedo is my favorite beer

When I'm overly hungry I most often crave a nice thick juicy burger with a side of great onion rings.  With it being Lent on Friday's I look forwar to a good Mac N Cheese, especially if it's garlicky, and home made pierogies smothered in butter and onions.  MMMMmmmm!

+ My "comfort " food,I guess is sort of a new thing for me,as I didn't realize how much I missed it till I didn't have it a couple of times.

My old fashioned oats with dried cranberries

A couple times of the past week or so,I've not been able to have it for lunch...I missed it,horribly, after having it I feel happy, and homey...

+ My cravings...(While my mouth waters when I think about a Papa Murphy's Gourmet Vegetarian Pizza,I don't really crave them...I keep thinking about all that Sodium!)

Making something into a taco...My friend made some homemade fish stick things,I didn't want to eat them because she battered them.I ended up making a fish taco,so I could try it.I take this frozen Protein blend stuff (Lentils,Black beans, and Brown rice) I add tiny bit of jack cheddar, shredded romaine, and my home made Pico in a whole wheat tortilla.

Veggie burger meat (saute with a little onion+and pepper),shredded romaine, home made pico, shred tiny bit of pepper jack cheese, and a whole wheat tortilla.
