Title: What are you watching and playing? - 7/9/2020 Post by: Dave Gray on July 09, 2020, 11:25:16 am I was not watching much TV for a while, but I have been a little more lately.
First off, my nephew has been spending a lot of time over here, so we're watching some older movies: Gattaca Silence of the Lambs 2001 Terminator T2 Contact Aliens 12 Monkeys The Fly ...there are others....but that kind of stuff. I've also just finished The Wire. I really liked the final season and the cyclical nature of it all. It was hard to see some characters I really liked fall into familiar pattern, but such is life, I guess. I also liked how they showed the similarities of the police department, education, and media. ...and how you had systemic problems in all of them. Game-wise, I'm toying around again with Battlefront 2. I stupidly reverted my OG Legend of Zelda save file and lost several hours of difficult grinding, so I may be done with that. I've played a little Breath of the Wild, and Last of Us 2. And Spiderman. I need a new show to watch. Maybe Ozark season 3. I watched the first episode of Unsolved Mysteries because it was about the brother of a local radio personality so I was curious but probably won't watch the others. I stuck around and am finishing out Agents of SHIELD.
