This is obviously true, but how can you prove it? Unless they have some communications between the owners stating this, it can't be proven in court. The Collective Bargaining Agreement is up this winter so this is going to be fun. It would not surprise me if the 2022 season was shortended or canceled altogether, there is a lot to work out and neither side wants to compromise.
