Title: Re: TV/Movie)Books set in 2023 Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 03, 2022, 12:20:56 pm Now that you mention it, there was a short story written by Ray Bradbury called "April 2005, Usher II" Basically a dystopian society where all books that were considered pleasure reading were banned from Earth so this guy who was an Edgar Allen Poe fan builds a replica of the House Of Usher on Mars and invites all the people responsible for the banning of fictional literature and has them murdered in the same styles as Poe's stories.
Also, they should re-make Back to the Future part II. Get rid of the flying cars and have everyone walk around with their heads down looking at their phones and also pay for things with their phones. |
