The guy got arrested for a nightclub scuffle over a bar tab dispute at 8:30 am on a practice day. He was cut a few hours later. My issue is that he made a habit of staying out all night and wasn't performing up to par and everyone in the building knew it. But they let him get away with it until he became a public embarrassment by getting himself in trouble with law enforcement.
