I'm not a tattoo guy but don't mind them if done correctly on a woman.

I sometimes don't mind them but I think it always looks better without them than with them.

I don't think anyone's appearance is enhanced by tattoos, though the ones I mind the least are usually those with cultural history behind them (e.g. Pacific Islander tattoos).  It's honestly a shame that white supremacists have appropriated a lot of the Celtic and Nordic tattoos, as the designs are pretty cool and have interesting cultural significance.

I have quite a few tattoos.   Some I got, and some I earned. 

I'm not a tattoo person although if you are I'm ok with it. Not that it matters but it kills me to see an attractive woman with a sleeve or something.  

I grew up in a time where people with tats earned them. Now every Tom, Dick, Harry, and Mary have tattoos. They have lost their edge.

Face tattoos are the dumbest thing ever. I would never hire anyone with one and every time I see a mugshot of someone with them I am not surprised.

I don't really mind them if someone only has a few in non obvious places that can be easily covered. But most people that I've come across with tattoos seem to want to keep getting them, like it's some kind of weird addiction or something.

Hell, if you're in the dating pool, most women you come across these days have multiple tattoos. It's kind of a turn off to an extent, but these days it's something you kind of have to overlook unless you want to be single and celibate. But if someone is covered in them and/or has a bunch of piercing and metal shit, no thanks.
