Biden has reversed his wall decision and the mayor of New York not only has admitted there is a huge problem but he is traveling to Latin American countries to try and talk them out of coming here. I'm just curious how you guys can spin this as them not realizing what the GOP has been saying all along is actually correct. 

So does this mean the "Biden wants WIDE OPEN borders" narrative has come to an end?

I don't think you understand my position.

GOP is pointing at a problem (that is real) and then refusing to fund solutions to that problem.  I'm not denying that there is an issue with the border.  It's been happening for many, many decades and we're way behind on adequately addressing it.

I don't think this is a Democrats problem.  The GOP solution isn't really a solution, IMO.

I am truly amazed at how much the rightwing has spun this.  Republicans in congress authorized funding.  Biden was legally required to spend the money, he did his best to reverse the funding but (the fiscally responsible conservative) Republicans stood steady in demanding taxpayers money be spent.  I do realize that the prior guy had absolutely no regard for following the constitution so it might seem odd to you that Biden is acting like a normal president.

Okay, you want the rightwing fantasy answer instead of reality.....Biden realized that Trump was in fact a stable genius and is has this is just step one.  As soon as the House unanimously elects Trump to replace McCarthy as speaker of the house him and Harris will resign allowing Trump to become president.   

I all fairness, People like the Clintons, Biden, and even Obama wanted secure borders before Trump became president. He doesn't own the idea of wanting a secure America. It's just that they all changed their opinions when Trump became a Republican candidate. It's nice to see common sense is finally being used. 

I want a secure borders.  The wall idea is dumb.  And claiming Biden now wants the wall is a lie.  Biden believes in the rule of law and is following the requirements of his job.

Bush, Clinton, Obama all did things they disagreed with when the law mandated it.  Trump believed he was above the law. 

But I guess it is not surprising that a Trump supporter would try to see Biden following the law as a flaw.

In all fairness, Trump really doesn't give two shits in an Easter basket whether the border is secure or not. Hell, if every illegal immigrant was require to pay Trump a dollar when they come to this country, the Supreme Orange Grifter would personally roll out the red carpet at the border.

As I've said before. Shut the border down until further notice, build and finish the wall with armed towers and equip it with the best technology and deterrents we have. There is absolutely no reason anyone should be here illegally. We're full...

I live in upstate NY, about 3 hours from NYC; now that NYC is being overrun with illegal immigrants thanks to their misguided publicized efforts to attract them, NYC is trying to ship these homeless people to other parts of the State.  Our local county government just stopped someone from NYC that was trying to rent out 300 hotel/motel rooms for three years, to be paid for with vouchers from NYC.  Also, they are trying to rent out apartments with NYC vouchers for up to five years.  Since rents are much cheaper outside of NYC these vouchers are for almost double the normal cost of rent.  We have a very limited supply of affordable housing as it is, and if this happens it will kill the housing market and economy.  Hard working people won't be able to afford rent, while homeless people fill up apartments for free - and stress other services which will cause an increase in taxes.  As it is Real Estate prices have increased over 30% since Covid began because people realized they don't want to be stuck in highly congested cities during epidemics.
