John Harbaugh - rumors it could be his last year in Baltimore. He's a talented coach and could make a comeback in Miami. Chris Shula - Currently Rams DC. A defensive minded coach could help the defense, which surely needs it. Allows them to bring in a true OC which Miami desperately needs. Whoever the new HC is I would expect a lot of the other coaches to be replaced also. Title: Re: Who will be the Dolphins HC in 2026? However...... The greatest possible irony would be if the Dolphins were to hire Bill Belichick, he went 14-3 in the regular season and then won a 15th game in Dolphin stadium by defeating the wildcard Patriots. Having him surpass Don Shula for most wins (regular season and post season combined) as a Dolphin while simultaneously eliminating NEP from their first post Belichick playoff run.
