Title: Shame of the Game- Saints Post by: Sibster on November 30, 2025, 06:19:18 pm The Dolphins kick coverage team. Completely caught off guard on the onside at the end of the game. That could've cost them the game had they been playing a reputable offense. Honorable Mention to guess who.... Turnover Tua. He played like shit against a shit defense.

(https://i.imgur.com/PYyw3XZ.png) Sometimes stats lie, sometimes they don't. Tua had some decent passes today, but his bad was truly horrendous (again). That interception after the fumble recovery was simply, shithouse - just a terrible read, decision and throw. There's absolutely no excuse for that dumb, big steaming turd of a play, at any level of the game. The 3rd down miss on a wide open Hill that was thrown way too far behind him was almost as bad. As was the wide throw to Achane on 3rd down within the 10 yard line. They didn't show the "almost interception" (sent to review) in the package, but then I probably don't really need to see it. Tua gets it from me this week. Title: Re: Shame of the Game- Saints Post by: Dave Gray on December 01, 2025, 10:38:41 am Tua just looked off to me. His super-power has been pinpoint accuracy to mask other holes in his game. And he just wasn't accurate. It looks like he has the yips or is afraid to get hit or something.
HM to McDaniel for not capitalizing on a few end of half situations/ end of game situations. At the end of the half, we seemed to waste a timeout immediately and then kinda falter around and kick a FG. He didn't really give the offense a chance to push for a TD, when there was plenty of time and a time out to do so. Approaching the end of the game, I told my friend that a FG didn't absolutely win the game mathematically, but it was probably all you needed. Eventually, we got the FG, but then we didn't run the clock with the lead we had. Inside the 15 yard line, we passed 3 times (when we were running the ball very well) and we could've probably burned another minute and a half off the clock, giving us a 2 score lead with not very much time left. It just seems to me like the vibes were backwards. He was lax when we needed aggressively and vice-versa. I don't think they thought it was going 10 yards and wouldn't have been close if it hadn't bounce like it did. As it was, the refs blew that call because it didn't touch anyone and it didn't go 10 yards. My shame goes to Tua. He is not only not playing like old Tua but seems to be regressing. His QBR Rating was 55. 9 and should have been lower but they made a bad call on his second INT. Hard to think either back-up would have played worse. Quinn Ewers posted an 81.8 in his first outing against a very good Cleveland defense. Title: Re: Shame of the Game- Saints Post by: masterfins on December 03, 2025, 02:24:13 pm Tua
