Title: Draft Post by: MyGodWearsAHoodie on January 04, 2026, 11:40:24 pm The Dolphins pick 11th. Dolphins are the only 7-10 team so that should be true in all rounds.
Title: Re: Draft Post by: masterfins on January 05, 2026, 12:29:28 pm That's a good place to pick; as long as the teams in front of you aren't looking for the same position players that you are.
Title: Re: Draft Post by: Pappy13 on January 05, 2026, 03:02:51 pm Now lets just actually use the picks to draft players. The last GM had a tendency to trade away draft picks for veterans which got us into this position in the first place. The last draft I think was decent, now we just need to stack about 3 more of those on top and we might have a decent enough roster.

We have so many glaring holes on our list, it should be close enough to best available player, regardless of position... Whoever is the new GM, they have to sort out our massive salary cap clusterfuck to start with before the draft, and I don't envy them one bit. We didn't have a huge amount of bona fide talent across the list, and there are going to have to be at least $6.5M worth of cuts before we even get to the start line for 2026. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/miami-dolphins/cap/_/year/2026 Thanks Grier. |
