Title: Daniel Jones and the Colts
Post by: masterfins on March 10, 2026, 03:50:27 pm
The Colts offered Jones a very reasonable contract of $100 million for 3 years.  He rejected it.  He wants $150 million for 3 years.  The guy has about a half a season that he played well before getting injured.  Who does he think he is??

Josh Allen, Pat Mahomes, and Lamar are all in the $52-55 mil range and he is no where close to as good as they are.

Blame the Dolphins.  They gave Tua an inflated contract despite being injury prone and only having a single good season.

You should actually blame the Seahawks and Sam Darnold, who just finished proving that a castoff QB with one impressive redemption season can take you to a Super Bowl title.
