In a previous thread I mentioned that my guilty pleasure was "birding".  I know it's geeky, but I like being outside and it's easy to look at birds when I'm hiking or fishing (plus, I'm good at it).

Cool photos... My favorite was from a different link for one of your shorter birding trips, the Black Vulture from the Hornsby Bend photos. I have a thing for vultures and condors, any of the cathartidae family. Bald heads and beady eyes...most of 'em remind me of relatives.
