Title: Where can I find recovery disks?
Post by: Brian Fein on March 19, 2006, 10:20:28 pm
When you buy a new store-bought computer, they typically give you a recovery CD incase you need to format your system.

Does anyone know where I can get a hold of a recovery disk(s) (I think there's 3 of them) for a Gateway Solo 1450 laptop?

I figure there's gotta be a depository or online library somewhere for this kinda thing.  Let me know.

Thanks!

Ouch! Why not try file sharing see if you can find the disc that way. I used it for a DVD program I was about to buy for $100! And got the complete disc for nada. Hey it's worth a shot.
