Metroid (NES) vs. Resident Evil (Multi) Both of these competitors come into the round of 32 with great wins behind them. Metroid took care of Madden '95 by a score of 15-6, while Resident Evil took out Golden Tee by nine points, 12-3. Metroid was simply amazing, but I personally got more enjoyment from the first RE.

Funny, I was talking about games being remade that hold up. Both of these games were remade this generation and both turned out great. The original Metroid got some new graphic sprites and the gameplay was the same -- they released it for GBA. They also released RE1 for Gamecube, and it was dope. The control scheme for RE is awkward, and while it works for me, I can understand why some people don't like it. |
