As evidenced by their 14 walk/2 run game against Tampa Bay. That's why Halladay wasn't at his best but still didn't allow any runs. Of course, by the time the Yankees snap out of it, he will be back to dominating and it won't matter anyway. He is ridiculously good when healthy.
Aaron Small should be ready by next week, and Wright certainly didn't make the most of his 2 starts. I am not delusional enough to think that Small will go 10-0 again, but if he can go 6 or 7 runs while giving up 4-5 runs each time, it's all you can ask for from a 5th starter. I like this Toronto team, especially after seeing them up close and personal a couple times. I'm still iffy on their defense, but I like their hitting a lot. I'm liking this team.

The hitting was expected to be pretty good as long as they stayed healthy, but right now you still have some guys hitting way over their heads like Alex Rios. They will have to continue to be solid after that in order to have a shot because their pitching is Roy Halladay and then a prayer. He usually has great control, but he hit Reed(think it was Reed)twice already.
I don't think he is going to make it out of the 3rd. Now Randy gets booed and he deserves it too. The only reason he isn't being pelted with garbage is because Josh Towers isn't very good today either. And it's just because they're helping most of my winning fantasy teams. Vernon is roaming the OF for 7 of my 8 fantasy squads that are currently atop their leagues' standings. Thank you, Vernon, for being such a monster. The only other offensive players on at least half of those league leaders are Hanley Ramirez (5), Travis Hafner (5), Chase Utley (4) and Morgan Ensberg (4). Only two pitchers on more than half, Ryan (5) and Derrick Turnbow (4). You figure if you can score 6 runs in a game you should win. Or at the very least not get killed. Only other time the Yankees scored in every inning was in 1939 against the St. Louis Browns.
