Title: Movie Review: Loose Change Post by: Dave Gray on April 29, 2006, 11:59:13 pm You can watch it here:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5137581991288263801&q=loose+change I'm not going to review this as normal, with a poll and everything, because I don't want to start a bunch of controversy. I will give my take on it, though, my personal beliefs aside. Premise: A conspiracy-based documentary about the events on and around 9-11, questioning the "facts" that the goverment reports have provided, and offering motives for withholding other information. Rating: Actually pretty good. I'd like to start by saying I don't believe in this huge conspiracy. It's seems far fetched to think that the government did all of these things. This documentary does do a good job of raising questions where things just don't make sense. ...and there are a lot of things that don't make sense. I finished watching it believing that, while I'm not ready to blame the government for the events of 9-11, that they seem to be holding back information that could make them look bad. ...just how bad is up to you. (I know it's tempting, but please try to not turn this thread into a flame war about conservatives and liberals. Either watch the movie and comment on it, or don't.) It could use some editing, but hey it's free, so shut up.
What I liked about it is that it bored you to death with scientific back-up to his claims, useage of internet web pages, clips of news reports, and quotes from people involved. He didn't just shout 'conspiracy!', but his movie is definitely a good one.
