Title: TDMMC: VGB - Round 3 (Half Life / CS vs. Tetris)

Activision Bracket

Why Half Life / Counterstrike shouldn't win

This game shouldn't have made it this far.  For a game that is supposedly realistic, it's completely unrealistic in a lot of areas.  For example, the weapons used in Half Life are very un-real - some weapons fire at only meters distance when they should really be firing from distance of 1,000's of yards.  Also, this is yet another boring computer shooting game, that has been edited and re-edited by nerds accross the planet to add super human powers to the characters, and other weird shit.

When I searched for "Half Life" on Google Images, this came up.

VS.

Why Tetris shouldn't win.

You're a communist bastard if you vote for Tetris.  This game was created on the foundation of Soviet patriotism, and the rise and fall of the USSR.  Nobody cares about Moscow and parougies and snow, and circular shaped monuments in Tieneman Square.  Plus, why the hell would we want to re-organize blocks into rows for hours, when games like Super Mario 1, 2, and 3 were out?  Contra?  ExciteBike?  Tyson's Punch Out?  CastleVania?  No...you want to play a 2-bit game (literally, 2-bit graphics) that bored you to death.

You're done, bitch.

Although I loved Tetris, and never really got into Half-Life, I had to vote for Half-Life.  It popularized the on-line multiplayer that we still see today.
