I say he gets caught smoking a joint sometime within the 1st half of the season. I don't even know if it's illegal up there, but he will get caught.

If I'm not mistaken, he is still subject to testing by the NFL since he failed his 4th test and is in the substance abuse program. In this case, they won't reinstate him, like they didn't reinstate Onterrio Smith recently because he'd failed some tests while he was suspended. Absolutely correct. When a player is in Stage 3 of the testing program and fails, he is suspended for a minimum of one year, and can apply for reinstatement after that time, but reinstatement is at the sole discretion of the commissioner, who says that sticking to the treatment plan is the biggest factor taken into consideration when deciding whether to reinstate a player or not. |
