I only post this cause I thought the Jets were a sure lock to win last nite's game until Hue jackson made the call to insert Baker Mayfield.

I watched until he got them to 14-6 and then I went to bed only to wake up to "Baker-mania" with the Browns 21-17 come from behind win.

Saw that Jarvis talked about his QB after the game: "That is why he was the Heisman Trophy winner. You saw it tonight first hand. . . . He is special. He is really special. . . . He took advantage of the moment and the opportunity. We always have seen him make these plays. As far back as when the Baker Mayfield story had started, he has always made these types of plays. It is awesome to be a part of it.”

I'm just glad they won so the NFL/NFL Network and other Sports shows cannot stop the incessant love of a team, up until last nite, was 1-32-1  over it's last 34 games.  Have never seen anything like it.  I bet the early Buccaneers and Lions from about a decade ago would have like some this positive attention.

Also glad they won, so Jarvis can stop being so salty.

My best friend is a Jets fan and he was REALLY butthurt.   When I texted him to tease him, he started trashing the Bucs and Jameis

I'm just hoping the Browns fans at work will stop whining now.

The Browns are trash.  The Jets are also trash.  That's all we learned from that game.

Not really the only thing. We also confirmed that the Thursday night road team is at a huge disadvantage.

The first quarter was extremely boring but the last quarter was a lot of fun. I'm glad I got to see it.

i prefer to think of it as the jets lost.  i don’t car about the browns one way or the other but jets losing is nice.

So that JETS win against Detroit means the Lions are that bad  ???

Lions are pretty bad...and Cleveland is probably a little better than most folks are giving them credit for.

That was the first non-Dolphin Thursday night game that I have ever stayed up til the end for. 

If the Lions are bad, then the Patriots are worse.   ;D

This was just a twilight zone weekend... Lions beat Patriots, Bills beat the Vikings...the latter knocking my Eliminator entry out of perfection status.  Booooo

And, oh yeah, Jimmy Garoppolo died in a freak weed-whacker accident.

Miami goes to Foxboro and destroys like in 08.

Yeah, I thought about you when Jimmy Grapes went down.  Sorry to see that happen to anyone. 

Back on topic.. browns win.  Jarvis landry happy about something. Now he gonna start saying Baker Mayfield better than Tannehill

i wasn’t worried after jax.  but losing to lions worries me.  but if this is the end then it was a very fun 15 years.  one of the best runs in all of sports history.

Sorry, I saw a chicken and got distracted.  I was not a Mayfield guy coming out of college, and I'm sure he will struggle like all rookie QBs do.  But jeez, he sure did add an air of electricity into that place when he entered the game.
