I like the idea that they are bringing in Jim Caldwell as Asst. HC, he did a good job with the Lions and shouldn't have been fired from that job.  Having an experienced HC on staff will help with the transition to a 1st time HC.

I think Spiders point was that historically leaving New England has not been a matter of leaving a failing organization for better prospects, but rather leaving a top notch ship to drown elsewhere.
