RIP to one of the funniest men on the planet. He was the best Weekend Update anchor of them all on SNL.

I liked Norm for several reasons but he was one of the quickest witted comedians out there. He did his best work when everything went off script! RIP Norm!

I think that Norm was great. He had an awkwardness about him in interviews that wasn't always laugh out loud funny per se, but it kept you on your toes. I never knew if something was a bit or if he was just giving people a hard time. His dryness is legendary.

There is a one-season talk show from 3 years ago called Norm MacDonald has a show. It's just so off the rails. David Spade is on there one time and Norm just can't reign it in. Good stuff.

He was probably the last great comedian. There are plenty of funny guys now like Bill Burr but no legends left like Norm. He was from a time where being funny was #1 instead of just getting a message out there and getting "clapter".

His Moth joke on Conan is the epitome of his sense of humor.
