TDMMC Patriots Game ROADTRIP!

as you guys know i always go to the jets/fins game in the meadowlands, but since i moved to CT i'd like to go to foxboro for the first time (at least the fans will be nicer!).  anyways, who's down?  the game's on 9/21 at 1 PM. 

maine, you better go, because i've been on this board a half decade now and it's about time we had a beer. and philly, we'll still go to the jets/fins game which is the final game of the regular season.

Maybe, depending on my schedule.  I'd be down.  Is Gilette Stadium T accessible and would I have to buy a ticket?

The commuter rail goes right out to Gilette on game days. You get it from South Station. I'm not sure of what line you take, but that's easy to find out. I probably can't make the game, but if any of you who come up want to hang out in Boston, you know how to get a hold of me.

Funny. I will actually be in Boston that weekend with my gf.  It is pure coincidence that we are there the same weekend the fins play. Unlikely that we are going to the game as we have a busy schedule, but maybe some of the locals would like to meet for a beer that weekend?

I wish I could go as I am only a few hours drive from the stadium. Tickets will be hard to get for the game, so good luck.

Tony, are you getting tickets?  If you can get tickets ahead of time, I might make the trip.  But, I'd rather not get a $400 flight to go to the game and end up having to buy from scalpers outside the stadium.

Tickets for this game will be insane.  I say we all meet at the game.  There is NO way I could get 34 press passes for this one!  LOL.

sorry for the poor people on the board - i'm going to the game.  brian, i'll check for single game tickets, but they'll be $$$.  i understand in your position it might not work for scalping (the airfare and all), but i know we'll be able to find tickets in the parking lot - i've been doing it at the fins/jets game for 20 years and never not got tickets (and those tickets are more sought after than these).  i know a guy who is high up in a ticket brokerage firm - I'll give him a heads up and see what he can do for me.

I'll be at the game for the 19th time in the last 22 years.  Due to the fact that I am a Rhode Islander, I make many of the games.  Let me know if you need any help on best parking lot to tailgate, local hotels (Providence is closer to Foxboro than Boston, same for the airports).

Traffic is a bitch getting into the stadium with the new Bass Pro Shop/NFL Experience stuff Kraft is building.  Plan to get there at least an hour earlier than you would like.
