I also only have my trash can on my desktop.

My laptop has a photo I took of Varitek's catchers gear during a Marlins game. I love that photo. Office computer has a Celtics photo from Boston.com

I always change my background every week or 2, and it's always of video games or movies that I like. And icons don't bother so...

Currently: Starcraft 2

My wallpaper at home automatically rotates daily, from one of about 50 pictures that I've taken at car shows.

I alternate between a few photos that I took myself.  Currently, I am using this one.  They all look best at their native resolution of 1680 by 1050.

That's a good photo. The aviary at the zoo in Columbia, SC is full of that kind of bird. They'll come right up to you and eat food out of your hand.

It was a hard photo to take.  I only had one chance to take it because the bird in the background was moving around a lot.  Just as I was taking it, he flew away.  I'm glad I invested in a camera with the fastest shutter speed (for its time).

And speaking of fast shutter speed, the 3rd picture is from the Cayman Islands while I was driving 40 mph on a scooter.  My girlfriend shot that picture from the back seat.  Suffice it to say, I was really impressed with her skills.
