Look over the schedule and pick the game of the week each week, and more importantly, why.

I have to run out for a minute, but when I come back, I'll do it, as well.

I knew that was coming, but was hoping that it was so predictable that it wouldn't happen.  Bummer.

My thoughts:

1 - MIN @ NO - Super Bowl champs return
2 - PIT @ TEN - How good will both of these teams be
3 - NYJ @ MIA - Jason Taylor bad blood
4 - WAS @ PHI - McNabb bad blood
5 - DEN @ BAL - No real reason.
6 - BAL @ NE - Defense vs. Offense
7 - NYG @ DAL - Division game at night
8 - HOU @ IND - This game is always tough

I didn't feel very good going much farther, because it's too hard to predict the teams that will come out of nowhere.  Generally, there is a team or 2 that overperform and a couple that underperform and until those teams are revealed, who knows what will be meaningful down the stretch.

Houston cannot get over this hump. They are something like 1-14 all time vs. Indianapolis. That is flat-out domination, even thought the games are always close. Every year people say that "THIS is Houston's year!" and every year the fail to meet expectations or beat the Colts.

Houston is a "nice" team, but they are not a serious threat for anything as long as Peyton Manning is in the league.

^ I don't disagree, but this is still the test for them.  It tells us how good both teams will be during the year.
