Hard to say...I don't know much about the kid outside his scouting report on ESPN.

I was really impressed with Miami's overall draft strategy.  Nothing flashy, no skill position players.  Instead, we got right to the core and addressed all of our needs.  And I'll tell you what, I watched highlights of some of these guys and none of them look like they fuck around!!!

P.S - I hope J.T breaks both his legs in the preseason...

Depending on how he recovers from a broken leg, the Reshad Jones pick could be a huge steal. Had he not broken his leg, he would've been an early (probably 2nd round) pick.

Agreed. I really like this kid alot.  He was a great pick up and I think he could be a BIG sleeper for us, this kid could do some real damage.

Considering how pissed I was about our 1st round pick, I actually came out feeling pretty good about the draft as a whole.  I can handle Odrick, I just don't like using our 1st round pick on him when we had other major needs.  But after we got Misi with #2, I started to cool on my temper a little.

Lots of safe picks.  I hope Starks works out ok at nose, it will definitely impact how I feel about this draft.  I can handle another year without a big time free safety and more or less playing with two strong safety types if need be.  Perhaps that Jones kid will develop enough for next year or Clemons will impress us more than expected.

I liked that guy they picked for the O-line, he seems to be a great flex player.  I feel good about Koa Misi, but not thrilled.  I think I was more impressed with the AJ Edds pickup than the Misi pickup.

The other guys I have no clue about them, but they seem like good fill in prospects (particularly on special teams).

Of all the threads that I've read I am surprised that no one has said anything about Odrick bulking up and having a chance at NT. I know what the FO said about Starks but frankly I dont believe anything they say to the press ... could be another camouflage what they really want to do. I'm sure the whole room was pissed when Williams was taken by the Cards but I didnt think he would last as long as he did. If we had gotten him at 28 I would have $hit but I hope Odrick and Misi turn out to be solid players and add to our needy front 7.

Overall I like the draft especially including Brandon Marshall ... this is the type of move we talk about every year yet the phins never make! We usually get a quality player like AJ Feeley or some other scrub for a 2nd.

I think I hope Odrick can play DE (as in, I hope he's quick enough to contain and rush the passer.  I'm sure he'll hold up against the run.  I wonder why the team suddenly thinks Randy Starks can hold up at NT, and hope they're right, because Odrick looked light in the pants to play NT in Miami's system.  I'm glad they invested in linebackers, but 4?!? (that includes the guy they got in trade with San Diego).

Don't know much about the safety and corner (but they look like big, bring-the-wood type guys, so I have high hopes).

Overall, I have no qualms with the 'Fins bringing the beef.  I just hope these guys pan out.  If you count Marshall as a draftee, then I have to say I'm near ecstatic.  There's only one WR I'd rather have to Marshall right now (Andre Johnson), so I'm quite pumped about him.

An aside:  do we now have the league's biggest linebacker crew?  The lightest guy (Folsom) comes in at 230, and few others weigh less than 250.  Wow...
